As a lifelong cat and animal lover, I am always moved by the genuine, tender way we care for our furry companions, often putting their comfort before our own.

I wanted this painting to evoke a nostalgic summertime vibe, bringing a sense of warmth, love, and quiet joy into any room it hangs in. To capture this innocence, I intentionally chose pastels and coloured pencils. The soft textures and gentle strokes give the piece a wonderfully childlike energy, inviting you to look at the world through the eyes of a kid who just wants to keep his best friend cool.
