Canada Post on Strike

Please note that Canada Post is currently on strike, which may cause delays. Orders will be reserved and packaged to be sent out once service resumes.

You may also reserve items by selecting "Pick Up" during checkout and pick up on Dec 1 (12-5PM) at Toronto Art Crawl Christmas Pop Up, The Great Hall, 1087 Queen St. West, Toronto.

About UK Orders

Due to the new VAT rules, please purchase from my Etsy Shop instead.

Do you ship to my country?

I ship to Canada, U.S and up to 35+ International countries. If you can't see available delivery to your country during checkout, please contact me to see If I can add it to the list!:) Thank you for your support.

How long is your processing time?

Except for items specified as Made-to-Order, it takes me 2-4 days for processing the orders. Trust me I would like to ship it out to you as soon as possible (definitely understand the urge to receive online parcels)! But please allow me time to package them well and do shipping stuff correctly:)

What shipping company/method do you use?

I use Canada Post, order shipped from Toronto.

CA Shipping options:
- Untracked Regular Delivery
- Tracked Regular Parcel (For larger items other than Prints and Stickers)
- Tracked Xpresspost

US Shipping options:
- Untracked Regular Delivery
- Tracked Packet
- Tracked Xpresspost

International Shipping options:
- Untracked Regular Delivery by Surface
- Tracked Packet
- Tracked Xpresspost

For orders valid for FREE SHIPPING, I use Untracked Regular Delivery. If you want Tracked/ Xpresspost Shipping, please contact me for extra charge, thank you!

How long will it take for my order to arrive after products shipped out?

According to Canada Post Delivery Standard:

Untracked Regular delivery and Tracked Regular Parcel

Canada:
Within Toronto: 2-3 business days
Provincial: 3-6 business days
National: 4-10 business days
(Smaller towns/areas may take longer time to around 7 - 14 days)

U.S: 5-8 business days

International Letter-post (For Prints and Stickers): 4-7 business days
International Parcel by Surface (Untracked): 4-12 weeks
International Parcel by Air (Tracked): 6-10 business days

Tracked Xpresspost

Canada:
Within Toronto: 1 business day
Provincial: 1 business day
National: 2 business days
(Smaller towns/areas may take longer time)

U.S: 2-3 business days

International: 4-7 business days

*For International Shipping, once the item has left Canada, it will be transferred to your country's postal service. Customs fees may apply, so please check with your local postal service provider for shipping updates and customs information.

Are shipping package tracked? What if my package was lost?

I understand paying shipping fee sucks. That's why I offer different levels of shipping for you to choose. You may choose Untracked Regular Delivery for a lower budget. If you want a more secure shipping process, you may choose Tracked shipping. I also offer Xpresspost option for faster shipping.

If the parcel failed to deliver and is returned back to me, you can choose to have it shipped again with extra shipping cost or get a refund with shipping cost deducted. A warm reminder to double check your address before confirming checkout :)

Please understand that I do not take responsibility for lost package once products are shipped out. As a one person small business, I can't afford to refund or replace these orders. But I will make sure I do everything right to get it to you! If you have any questions, please contact me I will try my best to figure it out for you. Thank you for being kind to me:)

Refunds/Exchanges/Cancellations

Please cancel your order on the day of ordering. I do not offer refunds or exchanges once the products are shipped so please be mindful when placing your order. You may contact me via emails for special situations!:)
